Buddy is a gorgeous 5-year-old, 34-inch miniature paint gelding with two stunning blue eyes and a personality as bright as his looks! He is well-broke to drive and an absolute blast to take out, making him a fantastic choice for both kids and adults looking for a fun and dependable driving pony.

 

Under saddle, Buddy is coming along nicely—he is broke to ride but still slightly green, so we recommend him as a second pony rather than for the tiniest beginners. He has no buck, just an extra bit of enthusiasm at times! He rides both bareback and with a saddle and would be a great match for a confident young rider looking to grow their skills.

 

Buddy also knows several tricks, including laying down on command and sitting on a beanbag! He is easy to handle, great in a stall, and excellent for grooming, bathing, tying (cross ties or tie rail), and the farrier. He has strong, clean legs and good feet. Turned out with a herd of big horses, he holds his own and gets along well.
